What is included
- Teams and rosters
- Several teams per server, such as Main and Academy, with game, team role, captain and coach. Players have a position, a status (active, trial, on break) and can be substitutes. The roster embed updates itself.
- Scrim planner with sign-ups
- Scrim, practice, match or VOD review with date, time, opponent, map and mode. Players answer In, Maybe or Out and the message shows live whether the lineup is complete, for example 5 plus 1 sub.
- Reminders
- Before the start everyone who said yes or has not answered gets a DM, for example 24 hours and 30 minutes ahead. Times use the team time zone, including daylight saving time.
- Weekly poll
- Once a week Lizbot asks: when can you play this week? Players pick time slots and a compact grid shows when most of them can.
- Results and statistics
- Win, loss or draw with score and maps. Plus match history, win rate, streaks, map record and attendance per player from answers and actual attendance.
- Team applications
- Five esports templates for player, coach, analyst, caster and clan join requests. If the form is linked to a team, accepted applicants join the roster on trial.
- One command, buttons for the rest
- Captain and coach use /team for roster, events and stats. Answers, results and attendance work with buttons, everything else in the dashboard. Lizbot can also create events as Discord events.
