Does one subscription cover several servers?
Pro covers one server, Studio up to 3.
What happens after the trial?
It only turns into the paid plan if you have added a payment method. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Without a payment method it ends automatically.
How do I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of the billing period, in the dashboard under "Subscription" or without logging in on the cancellation page. Your server then continues on the Free plan and your data stays.
Can I copy my server?
Yes, from Pro. You transfer a backup to another server where you are an admin.
How do the AI features work?
They are off by default. If you turn them on, the texts needed for analysis are sent to an AI provider. You can find the details in the privacy policy.
